Plan de Formación ante emergencias de Protección Civil en centros educativos no universitarios

After the particularly serious and tragic consequences caused on October 29, 2024 by DANA, Royal Decree-Law 7/2024, of November 11, was published, which adopts urgent measures to promote the Plan of immediate response, reconstruction and relaunch against the damages caused by the Isolated Depression in High Levels (DANA), in different municipalities, between October 28 and November 4, 2024.

This regulation attributes to the Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports, in collaboration with the Ministry of the Interior and the Autonomous Communities, the elaboration of a training plan for civil protection emergencies, which is mandatory in all non-university educational centers, which extends the culture of prevention and ensures the adequate training of the entire educational community in the response to any type of civil protection emergency.

This portal includes educational materials created jointly by the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports and the autonomous communities, so that they can be used in non-university educational centers.

All the materials, available in Spanish, Catalan, Basque, Galician and Valencian, have been developed respecting the principles of inclusion and accessibility and with differentiated approaches by educational levels:

• Level 1: materials intended for children in early childhood education.
• Level 2: materials intended for primary school students.
• Level 3: materials intended for secondary education, baccalaureate, vocational training and other non-university education.

NOTA BENE: these materials, as well as their versions in other official languages of the State, will be progressively updated and completed.
